cebola até ficarem translúcidos por cerca de 5 minutos. Deixe esfriar e

Em um multiprocessador coloque o grão-de-bico cozido e pulse
algumas vezes. Deixe alguns grãos inteiros para dar textura. Transfira
para uma vasilha grande. </div>

No mesmo multiprocessador, bata o tofu até
esfarelar. Pare e adicione o arroz levemente aquecido e processe até
ficar bem incorporado ao tofu. </div>

Adicione a mistura à vasilha com o
grão-de-bico. Adicione a mistura de alho e cebola reservada, o orégano, a
farinha de grão-de-bico e a farinha de rosca, shoyu, fumaça líquida,

enrolar. Deixe esfriar. Corte o chocotone em cinco discos. Coloque uma
camada de brigadeiro sobre cada disco. Reserve um pouco de brigadeiro.
Leve o panetone recheado à geladeira até o recheio firmar. Depois de
gelado, sobre a tampa espalhe o brigadeiro reservado e cubra com as
